Happy New Year! Maria Antonia has out a new bingo board of inspiration for her #picoftheweek photo challenge. Check out Maria’s #2023picoftheweek to see how you can participate in this fun prompt.

I am crossing off “close up” to kick off my first entry of 2023. Here’s what I saw from a greater distance, just meltwater and ice warming in the winter sun.
Happy New Year, Ms, D. A gorgeous picture to kick start the year.

Looks like a bunny sitting atop a log. I love the haiku, too.

A bunny? Okay, in the bottom picture I see it. That ice was smooth and distorted like a failure in a glassblower’s shop. What was cool was the water pulsing inside the twisted chambers. I think that icicle formed by water dropping and freezing as it ricocheted upwards.

Yes, I saw it from the second one. 😊
I love the art nature creates with ice!
